What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure complete data security.

Can I use discount codes at checkout?

Absolutely. Enter your code at checkout, and your total will update instantly. Only one code can be used per order.

Why was my payment declined?

This can happen due to incorrect billing info, card limits, or bank verification issues. Please double-check your details or contact your bank for assistance.

Do you offer subscriptions or auto-ship?

Not yet—but we’re working on offering monthly ritual plans soon. Stay tuned!

Shipments

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is also available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only, but international options are on the horizon.

Where can I track my order?

After your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. You can follow your package in real time.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at and we’ll assist right away.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Your wellness matters to us.

Can I return an opened product?

Due to safety standards, only unopened and sealed items are eligible for return unless the product is damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within to your original payment method.
